The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Acquisition and Grants Office (AGO), Satellite and Information Acquisition Division (SIAD) and the Office of Satellite Product Operations (OSPO), issues this Request for Quotation (RFQ) Number 1332KP26Q0054 for the procurement of 21m Antenna Filtration Systems for the Fairbanks Command and Data Acquisition Station (FCDAS) located in Fairbanks, Alaska. This acquisition is conducted under FAR Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services), utilizing simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with active Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) class deviations. This requirement is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333998 “All Other Miscellaneous General Purpose Machinery Manufacturing” with a Small Business Size Standard of 700 employees. The Government intends to make an award to the responsive responsible quoter providing the lowest price, technically acceptable in accordance with Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Overhaul (RFO) 12.203(c)(2). All contractors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM). No award will be made to a contractor not registered in SAM.
