LEASE FOR OFFICE SPACE - 1596SF Required

The US Government currently occupies office and related space in a builinder under lease in Urbandale, IA that will be expiring. The government is considering alternates space if economically advantagoeous. In making this determination, the government will consider, among other things, the availabliety of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the governments requirements, janitorial servces prvided in the lease, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replications of tenant improcements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
