Rock Island Arsenal - Base Operations Support Services

On 13 July 2026, contract W519TC-26-D-A025 was awarded to Tunista Operations Support Services, LLC as a result of Solicitation W519TC-26-R-A004. This contract is for the Base Operations Support Services on the Rock Island Arsenal, Rock Island, IL. Services for the BOSS requirement include, but are not limited to, repairing and maintaining all existing RIA buildings, structures, and real property, continuous operation of the hydroelectric plant, operation and maintenance of the RIA bridges, and pest management services. This acquisition is necessary to operate and maintain the RIA to provide a safe, operable environment for all personnel including but not limited to tenant organizations, military, civilians, and contractor personnel.
