This is a Sources Sought Notice. This is not a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability of small business sources, and domestically manufactured products to meet the requirement described herein. This notice does not obligate the Government to issue a solicitation or award a contract. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to for a binding contract. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any costs incurred in preparing a response. Please see the attached DRAFT Statement of Work for further details.
