NAVSUP FLC Norfolk Contracting Department Groton office intends to solicit and award a sole source requirement for United States Naval Institute (USNI) Library online subscription to United States Naval Institute for Naval War College, Newport RI. This acquisition will be performed under Other than Full and Open competitive environment, as authorized under RFO 6.103-1. The anticipated award date is by 23 July 2026. This notice is NOT a request for offers. A determination not to compete this procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
