MDR Seating Bldg 153

This is an official Request for Quote (RFQ) Notice (FA462526Q1075). The U.S. Air Force 509th Contracting Squadron at Whiteman AFB is posting this solicitation, Request for Quote (RFQ), for buidling MDR seating in buidling 153 that meets the specifications of the attached Statement of Work(SOW). The Governement retains the right to cancel the solicitation at any time. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. Description of Requirement: The Contractor shall design and build a 2-tier riser platform measuring 16 ft long by 6 ft deep that complies with safety and building codes in accordance with the SOW dated 24 April 2026. The riser must be sized appropriately for the room dimensions and allow for clear lines of sight for all seats, see attachment 1- 222B dimensions. Installation of auditorium-style seats as needed to maximize seating capacity on the 16' x 6' platform. All seating must be securely mounted to the riser platform. All personnel requesting access to Whiteman AFB must possess a valid State or Government picture identification card. Furthermore, individuals presenting identification cards from a state that is non-compliant with the REAL ID Act will require additional documentation to gain unescorted base access. Additional documentation includes a valid U.S. or foreign government issued passport, an employment authorization document that contains a photograph, or identification cards issued by federal state or local government agencies that include a photo and biographic information. Personnel requesting vehicle access to Whiteman Air Force Base must provide a valid driver's license, current vehicle registration, and valid vehicle insurance. The Government will not provide contract financing for this acquisition. Invoice instructions shall be provided at time of award. To be eligible for award, offerors must demonstrate compliance with Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) requirements. Per this solicitation provision DFARS 252.204-7025, offerors must have a current CMMC status at the level specified recorded in the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) at the time of award. The resulting contract will include DFARS clause 252.204-7021, requiring the contractor to maintain this CMMC level for the duration of the contract.
