AMENDMENT 02 TO SOLICITATION FA664826Q0006 Project Title: Environmental Analytical and Regulatory Compliance Services Amendment 02 has been issued to provide prospective vendors with an alternative, secure method to submit base access request forms for the upcoming site visit. Vendors may now request a DoD Safe drop-off link, with requests due no later than 12:00 PM (Noon) EST on July 20, 2026. To ensure the secure transmission of your forms, prospective vendors may now request a secure DoD Safe drop-off link directly from the Contracting Officer. Once requested, a unique link will be provided via email, allowing you to securely upload and submit your documents. Drop-Off Link Request Deadline: July 20, 2026 at 12:00 PM (EST). Email the Contracting Officer to request a DoD Safe link. Late requests will not be accepted. Document Submission: Immediately upon receipt of link, upload fully completed Base Access Request forms via the provided DoD Safe link. Scheduled Site Visit: July 31, 2026 at 10:00 AM (EST). Only approved attendees will participate in the scheduled site visit. Vendors will not be allowed on base without prior approval from the Contracting Officer of record. Timeliness: Ensure your request for a link is submitted well before the deadline to allow sufficient time for the link to be generated and your documents to be uploaded. AMENDMENT 01 TO SOLICITATION FA664826Q0006 Project Title: Environmental Analytical and Regulatory Compliance Services The purpose of this amendment is to announce a scheduled site visit, outline base access requirements, and formally extend the quotation submission deadline. 1. Site Visit Information A site visit has been scheduled for Friday, 31 July 2026, at 10:00 AM (EST) at Homestead Air Reserve Base (HARB), FL. While attendance at this site visit is not mandatory for the submission of a quote, all prospective vendors are highly encouraged to attend to gain a comprehensive understanding of the sampling requierments and the physical conditions of the installation. Please note that individual appointments or alternate site visit dates will not be accommodated. 2. Base Access Requirements and Deadline To participate in the site visit, vendors must submit the attached Base Access Request Form to obtain clearance from HARB Security Forces. To facilitate the necessary background vetting, vendors must complete the form in its entirety and return via email to COntracting Officer, Viviane Filias, at viviane.filias@us.af.mil no later than Wednesday, 23 July 2026, at 9:00 AM (EST) (which is 14 days from the issuance of this notice dated 09 July 2026). Alternativly, prospective vendors may request a secure DoD Safe drop-off link to submit their Base Access Request Forms. Requests for the link must be sent via email to the Contracting Officer no later than 12:00 PM (Noon) EDT on July 20, 2026. The attached form requires the submission of the following information for each individual requesting access: Last Name, First Name, Middle Name Date of Birth (DOB) Full Social Security Number (SSN) Driver’s License Number & State of Issue Citizenship Status (U.S. Citizen or Legal Alien) Alien Registration Number (if applicable) SECURITY WARNING: Prospective quoters who fail to provide this complete and accurate information by the 9:00am, 23 July 2026 deadline will be denied access to the installation for the site visit. 3. Quotation Submission and Deadline Extension Ensure that with submission of your formal quote that the attached Acknowledgment of Solicitation Amendment form is also submitted. Furthermore, to allow vendors adequate time to incorporate information gathered during the site visit into their pricing, the deadline for the submission of quotes is hereby extended.
