Equipment Operator/Mechanic Services

This is a solicitation for commercial services under NAICS code 561210, as an 8(a) set aside. NSWCCD intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) order, using FAR RFO Part 12 procedures, on a Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis.Please note that the due date for questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted via email to James Valiga at james.m.valiga.civ@us.navy.mil, by 12:00PM EST 10 July 2026. For any questions received after this due date, the Government will make every effort to answer the questions, however the Government cannot guarantee that questions received after the due date will be answered.All quotes are due by 15 July 2026 at 12:00PM EST. Please note that quotes should price SubCLINs 0001AA and 0001AB. SubCLINs 0002AA and 0002AB are set as Not To Exceed (NTE) and are set values. For pricing on SubCLIN 0001AA, vendors shall provide a price for one Full Time Equivalent (FTE), which equals 2,080 hours. Pricing for SubCLIN 0001AB shall be based on 300 overtime hours.
