Portable Pulsed X-ray Systems

This amendment is being issued to set the requirement aside for small business, to update the evaluation criteria in Section M, and extend the period for responses. The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) contracting activity proposes to procure without using full and open competition, in accordance with Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Overhaul 6.103-1, three (3) Golden Engineering, XRS3MD Pulsed Portable X-ray Systems.
