Announcement of Award: Army Tactical Missile System (ATACMS) Lot 7

The purpose of this notice is to post the announcement of award applicable to contract W31P4Q-26-C-0019 The Army Contracting Command – Redstone Arsenal awarded a UCA contract W31P4Q26C0019, on 15 July 2026, for ATACMS Lot 7 production quantities on an other than full and open competitive basis under the authority of Title 10 United States Code (U.S.C) 3204(a)(4) as implemented by RFO FAR 6.103-1 – Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The contract period of performance is subject to definitization and has a Not to Exceed (NTE) value of $959,838,075.00. At UCA award, 46% of the NTE value, $439,387,261.04 was obligated. Award was made to Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (LMMFC), 1701 W Marshall Drive, Grand Prairie, TX 75051; CAGE Code 64059.
