Brand Name Multi-Mode Radar Simulator Licenses and Maintenance - 5 Year (Base Year + 4, 1-Yr Options)

This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for the brand name purchase of Licensing Software for up to four (4) standalone licenses of the Multi-Mode Radar Simulator (MMRS) software from the Boeing Company in support of the Joint Simulation Environment (JSE) F-35 capability, with Annual Maintenance agreements. Please see attached Technical Requirements Package (TRP) for further details. (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in RFO Subpart 12.2, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Simplified Acquisition Procedures (RFO Part 12) will be used for requirement. Offerors are required to submit with their quote enough information for the Government to evaluate the requirements detailed in this combined synopsis/solicitation. Boeing is unable to contract directly with the US Government for this requirement, therefore only authorized resellers of Boeing can bid on this requirement.
