Services shall be performed by the awardee in accordance with the specifications, terms, and conditions of this solicitation, including those found in the solicitation attachments. SET-ASIDE: This solicitation is set aside 100% for Small Business entities under NAICS 236220 – Commercial and Institutional Building Construction (Size Standard: $45M).
