The Contractor must obtain final inspection and acceptance by the Government for all assets within the RTATs established in this contract. Required RTAT: 214 days after receipt of asset Induction Expiration Date: 365 days after contract award date. Any asset received after this date in days is not authorized for repair without bi-lateral agreement between the Contractor and NAVSUP WSS Contracting Officer. Throughput Constraint: Contractor must provide a throughput Constraint for each NSN(s). Total assets to be repaired monthly after initial delivery commences _____ /month (contractor fill in ). A throughput of 0 per month reflects no throughput constraint. 1. This requirement is pursuant to Emergency Acquisition Flexibilities (EAF). 2. All contractual documents (i.e. contracts, purchase orders, task orders,delivery orders, and modifications) related to the instant procurement areconsidered to be "issued" by the Government when copies are either depositedin the mail, transmitted by facsimile, or sent by other electronic commercemethods such as email. The Government's acceptance of the contractor'sproposal constitutes a bilateral agreement to "issue" contractual documents asdetailed herein. 3. If the offeror is not the Original End Manufacturer (OEM) of the materialcalled out in the requirement, the OEM must be stated (Company Name and CAGE)and the offeror must provide a signed letter of authorization as a distributoron the OEM's letterhead. 4. If requirement will be packaged at a location different from the offeror'saddress, the offeror shall provide the name, street address, and CAGE of thefacility. 5. Any contract awarded as a result of this solicitation will be DO certifiedfor national defense under the Defense Priorities and Allocations System(DPAS).
