INTRODUCTION: Naval Computer and Telecommunications Area Master Station Atlantic (NCTAMSLANT) Financial Management Department, BCO Billing Branch, requires a 6-month subscription to a web-based Enhanced Billing Data Analysis and Reporting business intelligence tool required to conduct aggregation, analysis, and reporting of telecommunications billing data in order to improve reimbursable customer funding recapture rates, track expenditure rates, maximize buying power, provide on-time command service usage reports, and sustain auditable financial conditions.
