NAICS Code: 561210 – Facilities Support Services (Size Standard: $47,000,000.00) Product Service Code (PSC): H361 (Inspection – Quality Control) / H359 (Inspection – Quality Control/Electrical/Electronic) Requirement & Place of Performance The prime contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, transportation, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform a comprehensive technical, visual, electrical, structural, and thermal assessment of: Camp Santiago (CLIN 0001): Ground-mounted solar PV systems at Camp Santiago Joint Training Center, Salinas, PR. Fort Allen (CLIN 0002): Ground-mounted and carport solar PV systems at Fort Allen, Juana Diaz, PR. Period of Performance: 90 Calendar Days from the Date of Award (to include the comprehensive field assessments and submission of the final 100-to-200-page Condition Assessment Report). Basis of Award The Government will issue a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order to the lowest-priced, conforming quote that conforms to all material aspects of the solicitation.
