DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The work consists of furnishing all plant, equipment, labor, transportation, fuel, lubricant, supplies and materials; and performing all operations in connection with raising dikes and berms, construction of new cross dike, and installation of new spillway systems in Yellowhouse Creek Placement Area ? East Cell, including clearing and appurtenant items. The work is located in Berkeley County, South Carolina.
