22 MXS - Power Pitts & Jet Power Unit Troubleshooting - McConnell AFB

The 22nd Maintenance Group at McConnell AFB, Kansas, has a requirement for the troubleshooting of non-functional aircraft ground power assets. Specifically, the contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, labor, transportation, and supervision required to troubleshoot the telescoping Power Pit systems (Model USS24S(12)-20X20-32X32-60D-400Hz(30)) operating at a 400Hz frequency located in Building 1124 (South Bay) and Building 1125 (Center Bay/Main Hangar Bay), as well as a high-capacity Jet Power Unit manufactured by JBT AeroTech (Jetway Systems) located in Building 1126 (Center Bay). This high-capacity converter unit is a Model JTP3 Plus 180KVA/480V/60HZ asset (Part Number: 2913670.17BLU1, Serial Number: 45159, manufactured in July 2015) designed with an electrical input configuration of 480 Volts, 3-Phase, 60 Hz at 200 Amps, delivering a specialized output of 115 Volts, 3-Phase, 400 Hz at 520 Amps, with a total rating of 180 KVA.
