DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Coast Guard requires services for the contractor to provide all labor, equipment, material, transportation, supervision, services and items necessary to install one (1) heat pump and four (4) associated indoor mini-split units to provide independent and adequate temperature control for the gym at USCG Station Neah Bay, WA. The approxomate dimesnions and volumes of the spaces are as follows: Main gym 47’x61’30’ = 86,010 cu ft Large weight room, 40’x19’x30’= 22,800 cu ft Hallway, 30’x4’x8’ = 960 cu ft Small weight room, 24’x16’8’ = 3,072 cu ft The Government intends to issue a firm-fixed-price purchase order for this project.
