This action has been initiated on the Government's anticipated requirement and is subject to the availability of funds. The Government incurs no obligation by issuing this solicitation. Project Description: The 434th Contracting Squadron at Grissom AFB, IN, requires a qualified contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and testing for the complete, turnkey installation of six (6) dedicated electrical circuits in Buildings 427 and 671. The scope includes four (4) 240V/208V 30A circuits and two (2) 125V 15A circuits to support new server and communications equipment. The Period of Performance is September 1, 2026 – September 30, 2026. Mandatory Site Visit: A site visit is mandatory to verify panel compatibility and site conditions. Date/Time: July 30, 2026, at 1:00 PM EST. Location: Grissom AFB, IN (Bldgs 427 & 671). RSVP: Vendors must email cedric.roberts@us.af.mil to RSVP and receive base access instructions. Failure to attend will render your quote ineligible for award. Quotes from vendors without an active SPRS record at the time of submission will be immediately rejected.
