Vance AFB: Repair Running Track, F315

The work consists of removing and replacing the existing running track surface with a new running surface and repairing substrate as required; laying artificial turf around the outdoor exercise facilities; and bid options to lay artificial turf in the football field and the infield around the football field bordered by the running track in accordance with the Statement of Work.
