The 175th Wing, Maryland Air National Guard (MDANG) has an immediate operational need for utility construction and infrastructure services to replace a failed street lighting system at Facility building 7030, located directly in front of the 175th Wing Headquarters at the Maryland Air National Guard Base, Martin State Airport. This requirement is necessary to restore proper and reliable illumination to a critical pedestrian crosswalk and traffic lane, ensuring base personnel safety and site security.
