Brown III Email: William.t.brown68.civ@army.mil Phone: 801-432-4273 INTRODUCTION: The Utah Army National Guard (UTARNG) is conducting this SOURCES SOUGHT (RFI) notice to help determine the availability and technical capabilities of small businesses in the marketplace (to include the following subsets, Small Disadvantaged Businesses (SDB), HubZONE, Certified 8(a), Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), and Woman Owned Small Businesses (WOSB)) to provide and support a 3-day/2-night Family CORE Leadership & Wellness Resiliency Event for the 19th Special Forces Group (SFG) within the Utah Army National Guard (UTARNG). Location required is an “isolated, high-country outdoor adventure location in Utah.” The projected and anticipated service dates are: 10-13 SEP 2026. DESCRIPTION: The 19th Special Forces Group (Airborne) within the Utah Army National Guard (UTARNG) requires contractor support to execute a comprehensive, 3-day/2-night CORE Family CORE Leadership & Wellness Resiliency Event for 20–25 military families (70–80 total participants). In direct support of the Preservation of the Force and Family (POTFF) initiative, this event will utilize an immersive outdoor camping environment in Utah to deliver evidence-based resiliency training, fostering readiness across the Body, Mind, Spirit, and Family pillars. If your firm is interested in this requirement and you believe you can support and fulfill our upcoming Family CORE Leadership & Wellness Resiliency Event, your company MUST be registered and active on www.sam.gov as a qualified small business offeror under the NAICS code 611699 - “All Other Miscellaneous Schools and Instruction” (or very similar NAICS code) which has a Small Business Size Standard of $16.5M (https://www.sba.gov/sites/default/files/files/Size_Standards_Table.pdf). Your company must also demonstrate you have relevant experience past performance experience on similar service requirements or contracts relating to outdoor-family leadership & wellness resiliency training for this specific service requirement. An organization that is NOT registered on www.sam.gov as a small business offeror under the applicable NAICS code (or very similar NAICS code) should NOT submit a response to this notice. The current intent is to issue a forthcoming combined synopsis/solicitation (or Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source) and award a service purchase order contract that will be commercial and potentially competitive in nature. The forthcoming purchase order contract will be Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) and have certified funding attached to it. The projected and anticipated service dates are: 10-13 SEP 2026.
