Amendment 0001- the purpose of this amendment is to provide RFI responses, an updated SOW dated July 6, 2026, and to extend the solicitation closing date. Please refer to the attachments section for additional information. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 1232SA26Q0770 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for lab renovations at Miami, FL. The scope includes drywall installation, soundproofing, vinyl flooring, carpet tile, painting, cabinetry, countertops, plumbing, electrical support work, blinds installation, tile wall installation, and installation of a commercial hollow-metal door with frame. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. The small business size standard is $45M. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
