This pre-solicitation notice is posted in accordance with RFO FAR 5.1 and 12.201-1(c)(2). THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. The 35th Contracting Squadron intends to solicit this requirement directly from suppliers in accordance with RFO FAR 12.201-1(c)(2). Description of Requirement: 26 each of ELKHART Brass Chief XD Nozzles (or Equal) The product must meet these specifications and be able to have laser etching on the handle so that it can be differentiated from the ARFF (Aircraft Rescue Firefighting) trucks Nozzles: a. flow rate (GPM): 150 b. pressure (PSI): 100 c. waterway: 1 3/8" d. Inlet thread: 1.5"FNH e. No pistol grip f. Base insert color: black g. Bumper color: luminescent h. Teeth selection: Fixed i. Must be able to have custom laser etching: Structure Use Only j. Must glow in the dark
