Sources Sought - Fuel Pit Door Removal and Replace

Requirement is to remove two fuel pit door lids, referred to here as stall A and B. The fuel pit door from stall B is to be then installed into stall A. Service must include all necessary labor and materials. Contractor must ensure safe and proper operation of fuel pit door once installed from stall B to stall A. Fuel pit doors weigh approximately 660lbs and measure approximately 30 inches wide by 78 inches long. Part is DABICO DAB-725WP.
