The proposed modification is for the continued provision of a specialized utility service, specifically, the operation, maintenance, and continuous potable water production of a deployed Reverse Osmosis Water Production Unit (ROWPU) at NSGB, Cuba. The contractor provides the specialized equipment operation, chemical treatment, and utility production necessary to ensure a continuous, safe, and compliant potable water supply integrated into the installation's grid.
