Deep Cleaning Services for YRBM-57 in support of COMPACFLT's Berthing and Messing Program. Offerors must have a certification of Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) or Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) programs which have been validated by NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Yokosuka Contracting Department.
