Overhaul - Barrier Boat

The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard (PNSY) in Kittery, Maine is seeking qualified vendors to provide comprehensive overhaul services for its barrier boat. The purpose of this SOURCES SOUGHT notice is to conduct market research to determine the availability, interest, and technical capability of experienced contractors that can successfully perform the required services.
