This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The Government intends to issue a Request for Quotation for the purchase of commercial items for 8 Canon EOS R6 Mark II bodies and 16 professional RF lenses (Brand Name Mandatory). Brand Name Requirement & Documentation The Puerto Rico Army National Guard (PRARNG) requires the specific brand name of Canon for this acquisition. Procuring the Canon EOS R6 Mark II bodies and associated RF lenses is essential to ensure seamless interoperability and compatibility with the agency's existing inventory of Canon accessories, lenses, and established media processing workflows. Introducing an alternative brand would result in a substantial duplication of costs to replace currently owned, compatible equipment and would cause unacceptable delays due to retraining requirements.
