The information gathered will be used by the Government to determine the appropriateacquisition strategy, including whether a small business set-aside is feasible. The Government isinterested in responses from all capable businesses, including those in all socio-economiccategories. 3.Description of Requirement DLA Energy has a potential requirement to procure Diesel Fuel (SFD) and Mid-UnleadedGasoline (MUM) for DLA Energy customers located in the country of Kuwait. The primaryplace of performance and delivery is Kuwait International Airport, Al Farwaniyah.
