Contractor to provide Machinist Apprenticeship classroom instruction and on-the-job training for Watervliet Arsenal employees for base plus three option years. Requested course schedule and details included in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) attached to the solicitation. Service Contract Labor Standards do not apply. This is a sole source procurement with Hudson Valley Community College. All responsible offerors may submit a quote, which will be evaluated.
