Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Bearing Inspection BPA (1) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the acquisition of commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this announcement. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. (2) Solicitation Number: FA8228-26-Q-0011 This solicitation is issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ). (3) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01. (4) This requirement will be solicited as a Sole Source Requirement. NAICS Code: 336412 Small Business Size Standard: 15,000 Employees (5) Description of items to be acquired: The 530th Commodities Maintenance Squadron (CMMXS) needs acquire specialized depot-level repair and refurbishment services for critical weapon system bearings. The objective of this effort is to restore unserviceable bearing carcasses to a fully Serviceable (Condition Code A) status in direct support of the United States Nuclear Triad Weapon System and other strategic Air Force platforms. The period of performance is a 5-year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). (6) Length and dates of Agreements and place of delivery and acceptance: • This will be a contact with 5-year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). • Delivery and acceptance of all orders shall be at Hill Air Force Base • FOB Destination delivery terms shall apply • Delivered to: To be announced at time of award (7) Offerors are advised to include a completed copy of the provisions at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications – Commercial Items, with its offer. (8) The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions – Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding any addenda to the clause. (9) The clause at FAR 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders – Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The additional FAR clauses that apply to this acquisition included in FAR clause 52.212-5 are included in the contract.
