Northstar Executive Aircraft Communication Network

AT&T Corp., 7125 Columbia Gateway, Columbia, Maryland 21046-2552, was awarded a non-competitive, firm fixed price contract for the Northstar Long-Haul Telecommunications Network and associated transmission circuits for an Ultra-High Frequency/Line of Sight communications system network. The face value of this action is $12,781,033.37, funded by Fiscal Year 2021 and 2022 Operations and Maintenance funds. The total cumulative face value of the contract is $63,598,063.14. Performance will be at various sites geographically dispersed across the continental United States. The period of performance, which consists of a one-year base period and four one-year option periods, is July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2026.
