The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Installation Contracting Office, West Point, NY (MICC-West Point) is issuing this SOLICITATION DRAFT for West Point Ski Lift System. In order to be eligible for award, the offeror must be registered in the SAM.gov system as a small business concern. The offeror MUST also hold; an up-to-date, valid, and active ANSI B77.1-1999 certification.
