The SIDEC Lab at Edwards AFB has a requirement for a X-Ray Machine with the salient characteristics as follows: The critical specifications that our X-Ray system must meet are as follows: Minimum focal spot size of 5um or less (to support our expected 0.5mm pitch components) Minimum tube voltage: 90 kV (to support our standard 0.063” board thickness) Must support PCB assemblies at least 10”x12” Operates on standard 115VAC @ 60Hz (
