Generator Preventative Maintenance Services

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W50S8R26Q0025 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. This solicitation is 100% small business set aside. The NAICS code that applies is 811310 and the size standard is $12.5M. This action will result in a firm-fixed price (FFP) purchase order utilizing simplified acquisition procedures. Generator Preventative Maintenance PoP: 15 September 2026 – 14 September 2027 Qty: 12 Unit of Measure: Months Unit Cost: Total Cost: CLIN 0002 The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary, except as specified in Paragraph 3.0 as Government Furnished, to perform B409 generator maintenance and inspection, as defined in Attachment 1 Performance Work Statement Paragraph 5.2. B409 Generator Repair/Overhaul PoP: 15 September 2026 – 14 September 2027 Qty: 1 Unit of Measure: Months Unit Cost: Total Cost: CLIN 1001 Description: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary, except as specified in Paragraph 3.0 as Government Furnished, to perform generator maintenance and inspection, as defined in Attachment 1 Performance Work Statement. Generator Preventative Maintenance Note: Maintenance for the B409 generator is a non-severable component of the overall FFP monthly rate for CLIN 1001 and shall be included in the total proposed cost. However, for Government informational and budgeting purposes, the offeror shall provide a separate, non-binding annual cost breakdown specifically for the B409 generator within their price proposal.
